STOLE MY WIFE'S WEDDING DRESS!

My wife and I stayed at Edinboro Comfort Suites hotel on our wedding night, 8/23/14.
That night my wife hung her wedding dress in the closet of our room. Unfortunately, we
forgot the dress in the closet when we left. It was about 7 pm 8/24/14 when we
realized our mistake and I called the hotel. We were told that no dress was
found. There is proof including video evidence that we arrived with the dress but did not leave
with it. Despite this, management refuses to acknowledge that the hotel staff is the only
possible explanation behind the disappearance of the dress. It was a mistake to leave the dress, but how could housekeeping not find and report such a major item? I want contacted and given a personal explanation, but I doubt that will happen. Someone needs to be held accountable.

I would NOT recommend this hotel because of this horrible experience. However, if you do happen to stay here, DO NOT leave anything in the room because housekeeping and/or management cannot be trusted with valuable items.

Edit: Forgot to update with the resolution. Housekeeper was caught trying to sell the dress on Craigslist and we found out who she was. Even after finding out it was their fault the hotel management refused to accept any responsibility and never apologized for how they treated us during the investigation when it was their employee who was guilty all along.

We stayed in a suite the room was clean the bed were soft the whirlpool was awesome however the television didn't work properly
